Tracy Wiener Provenz
Tracy Wiener Provenz is the
Coach of the Year in Nassau County on powerhouse Long Island and coach
of the state champion runner-up Farmingdale girls lacrosse team this
year. She is an enthusiastic personable coach who draws the best from
her players with her upbeat encouraging coaching style.

Carol Rose
Carol Rainson-Rose is the Coach of the Year for Suffolk County and coach
of the Northport girls lacrosse team. Her background as an outstanding
player and her track record of results as a coach as testament to her
phenomenal coaching skills and commitment to the game. An All-American
player at Cortland State, she also played several years of professional
football with the New York SHARKS
